So glad you found my page and are about to venture into a journey back to health. If you are looking for muscular recovery, over all balance from over stressed jobs, or be it over active athletic lifestyles or being a avid runner, entrepreneur or service worker in any trade or age, I believe that my work in massage therapy has a way of bringing you up to speed to feeling better as well as learning to tap into your own healing mechanisms for faster recovery, refined wellness and pain management.
I have been practicing Massage Therapy and licensed to work as a Massage Therapist since 1996 in New York State. I specialize in integrating many modalities of Massage Therapy including Trigger point therapy, Deep tissue, Myo-Fascial release, Cranial Sacral Therapy and TCM Cupping Technique. I also work with Pregnant Moms full term and post pregnancy along with being at her side during labor if requested for help in pain management and massage techniques. I integrate the modalities that best serves each client's needs and muscular imbalance. I call myself an alignment therapist helping you achieve your goals through the power of a simple touch that massage therapy can offer.
I am a registered yoga teacher through yoga alliance and received my eRYT-200 at the Himalayan Institute in Buffalo, NY in 2015 and my RYT-500 in 2018.
I am Certified to practice with hot stones and integrate Hot Stone Therapy within a session that is requested ahead of time. Hot Stone Therapy has been practiced for centuries and was originally developed by the Native American Tribes head Shaman. I also incorporate and still exploring many other modalities of Yoga Philosophy and practice that fuses yoga therapy asana or poses that help lengthen and stretch into a practice of massage therapy, to help balance out any muscular or nervous system imbalances of the body.
I practice holistically while integrating as part of the conglomerate of integrative medicine in Western New York of Healthcare practitioners. I am humbled by the evolution of how many are now aware of the power of touch through massage therapy and yoga. I have much gratitude for those seeking help in this venue from stress on all fronts, along with pain management and spiritual healing while regaining connection with mind body and soul. This connection helps in reestablishing sound wellness via Massage Therapy.
